We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Leadership Elsa, a transformative six-month program designed to empower leaders, foster connections, and drive progress in the Delta area. This inaugural initiative brings together 15 rising leaders from local small businesses, corporate organizations, and the City of Elsa’s internal staff to collaborate, learn, and grow.

A Vision for Leadership in the Delta Area

From January to June 2025, participants will attend monthly sessions led by expert instructors, covering topics such as emotional intelligence, effective communication, customer service excellence, and digital tools for productivity. Each session is designed to equip these leaders with practical skills and insights they can use to make a lasting impact in their organizations and the wider community.

Leadership Elsa sessions will be facilitated by instructors from UTRGV’s Professional Education & Workforce Development team, bringing a wealth of expertise and practical knowledge to the program. Each instructor is dedicated to helping participants master leadership fundamentals, enhance their communication abilities, and learn cutting-edge tools to thrive in today’s fast-paced world.
